What ARE these breads?

French Sourdough
We created our sourdough starter in Feb 2011... and have been babying it ever since. While it may not be San Francisco, we've been told that it has great flavor. Baked in a french loaf pan, we call our version "french sourdough". We also make it in a free-form boule - french for "round".

Sourdough Rye
An unusual combination not found frequently, our sourdough starter plus tangy caraway. Baked in a french loaf pan. This pairs well with a sharp white cheddar and HK's Apple Chutney.

9 Grain
Coarse wheat flour, 9 grain flour and unbleached white flour,  baked free-form in an oval loaf.

Coarse Wheat
AKA European Peasant, coarse wheat flour, coarse rye flour and unbleached white. A hearty bread baked free-form in a boule.

Artisan White
Unbleached white flour baked free-form as a boule or as a small baguette in a baguette pan.

Deli Rye
Unbleached white, rye and caraway baked free-form as a boule. Great with cheese or sliced for a sandwich

Baguette
Our white dough, baked in a small baguette pan. Sold as a pair. Our baguette is the perfect size to pair with cheese and summer sausage.

Grainery
Wheat, Rye, 7 grain and unbleached white are used to create this dough. The Ancient grains are still visable when you slice into the loaf. Topped with sunflowers, it's packed with health.

Red Pepper Fougasse
A Fougasse is a southern french version of a calzone but has "windows" so you can see what's inside. Our red pepper version has olive oil, roasted sweet red pepper and spices.

Sundried Tomato Fougasse
Roasted garlic, olive oil, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and spices.

Onion Rosemary Foccacia
A foccacia is a flat bread, like a thicker-crust pizza. Our version has olive oil, sauteed onions and rosemary. After it's baked, additional olive oil is drizzled over the still hot bread.

Summer Foccacia
Roasted garlic, olive oil, summer squash, zucchini, sauteed onions, spices. After it's baked, additional olive oil is drizzled over the still hot bread.

Pepperoni Bread
In an olive oil dough, roasted garlic, olive oil, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and spices are spread across the flat dough and rolled up and baked. This makes a great appetizer or an easy to handle lunch. Add a salad and you have a quick and easy dinner.

Stuffed Veggie Bread
Same dough as the pepperoni bread but with roasted garlic, olive oil, sundried tomatoes, roasted sweet red pepper, kalamata olives, mozzarella cheese and spices. Rolled up and baked, this makes a great vegetarian appetizer, lunch or dinner.

Roasted Garlic Herb Potato Bread
A potato bread dough with roasted garlic, olive oil and spices added. Baked in a french loaf pan.

Loaded Potato
A potato bread dough with roasted garlic, olive oil, scallions, bacon and cheddar added. Baked in a french loaf pan.

Bacon Ranch
A cornmeal olive oil dough with bacon and ranch dressing added. Baked in a french loaf pan.

Jalapeno Cheddar
A cornmeal olive oil dough with jalapeno peppers and cheddar added. Baked in a french loaf pan.

Pear Gorgonzola Carmelized Onion Foccacia
On a focaccia dough, sliced pear, carmelized onions, gorgonzola cheese and olive oil. After it's baked, drizzled with additional olive oil while still hot. This makes a great appetizer.

Carmel Apple Focaccia
On a focaccia dough, sliced apple drizzled with caramel and baked. Can be used as an appetizer or dessert.

Whif (What if)
What if we took a cornmeal olive oil dough, formed it into a loaf and baked it? And that's how it got it's name! A mild bread made for having stuff put on top of it, it's smooth but doesn't over-power any additional flavors.

Cranberry Pecan Cinnamon
Dried cranberries, toasted pecans, orange peel and cinnamon, jelly-rolled and baked in a loaf pan. Our feedback has been that it tastes like Christmas and makes a perfect Sunday morning breakfast.

Bacon cheddar Scone
A scone is not quite a pastry, not quite a cookie and not quite a biscuit.... We add bacon and cheddar to a basic dough and bake them. This is a savory scone.

Sour Cherry & Walnut Scone
Sour cherries and toasted walnuts added to a basic dough. Not really sweet like a cookie, but makes a good breakfast or dessert.

Cinfully Good (cinnamon) Scone
A filled scone, 3 different layers of cinnamon... This is great for breakfast or dessert.

Toasted Almond Toffee Scone
Toasted almonds and toffee... Breakfast or dessert.

Lemon Blueberry Scone
Dried blueberries, lemon peel added to a basic dough. A little sweeter than the sour cherry version, but still not as sweet as a cookie. They are great on a dreary morning!

Bacon Sundried Tomato Scone
Bacon and sundried tomatoes are added to a basic dough. These are a savory scone.

Cranberry Almond Bars
Ground almonds butter and flour make a short-bread like crust. Dried cranberries, almonds, butter and honey on the top.

Cowboy Bars
Oatmeal, coconut and flour as a base. We make several versions, some with chocolate chips or dried cranberries. Baked on a sheet and cut into bars.

Nut Horns
A butter dough rolled thin, sliced into triangles with diced walnuts and sugar as a filling.

Rockin' W Cookies
A ranch favorite, similar to Cowboy Bars but spooned out and baked into cookies.

Linzer Cookies
Ground hazelnuts, flour and butter and orange peel are the base for the cookie. After baked, Nutella (hazelnut, chocolate and cream) are spread and another cookie is placed on top forming a cookie sandwich.
